All Saints First School is a popular and nurturing village school set in the beautiful small community of Church Leigh. We proudly serve the surrounding villages of Leigh and Withington, while also welcoming families from Bramshall, Stramshall, Uttoxeter, Checkley and Tean. Founded in 1857, our school blends rich Victorian heritage with modern, spacious facilities following extensions in the 1970s and again in 2011, which provided a new entrance, offices and hall. This combination of history and development reflects our commitment to honouring the past while embracing the future.
As part of the Innovate2Educate Partnership, our work is guided by the shared values of We Love, We Live, We Learn and We Grow. These values strongly support and enrich the Christian distinctiveness of our school and are lived out daily through our own school values of Courage, Compassion and Curiosity.

We encourage every child to let their light shine, through acts of courage, through compassion towards others, and through a curiosity that deepens their understanding of the world God has created, so they become confident, thoughtful and enthusiastic learners for life.
Our small community is one of our greatest strengths. We know our children and families well, enabling us to provide the very best opportunities for every child to thrive within our happy, caring, Christian environment. We are proud of our creative and flexible curriculum, designed to inspire curiosity, develop knowledge and skills, and ensure all children reach their full potential.
We work closely with parents and carers to build strong home–school partnerships, supporting the individual needs of every child while celebrating their unique gifts and talents.
We are especially proud of our strong links with All Saints Church and Church Leigh Pre-School Playgroup, which runs daily within the school and offers morning and afternoon sessions, as well as a popular breakfast club from 8.00am. Our children attend half-termly services at church, where they confidently lead readings and prayers, and we warmly welcome families to join us.
A range of extra-curricular clubs run from Monday to Thursday, extending the school day until 4.30pm and offering enriching opportunities beyond the classroom.
